
The Ark Encounter

The Ark Encounter is a life-sized replica of Noah’s Ark, built to the dimensions specified in the Bible. The massive wooden structure offers an immersive experience with three decks of exhibits that explore the biblical flood story, animal care, and ancient technologies.

The park also features a zoo, zip lines, live shows, and family-friendly dining, making it a unique destination for both educational and faith-based visits.

Ticket Pricing
You can purchase tickets online and at the ticket office upon arrival. There are no special discounts when ordering online. However, they do offer a few special promotions.
Children 10 and under are free.

Parking
Parking is $15 per day for a standard vehicle; $20 for oversized vehicles
Note: A parking pass is included with the purchase of the Ultimate Bouncer Pass.
You can leave the Ark Encounter and re-enter on the same day.

It is recommended to spend at least 3-4 hours inside the park to get the full experience.
After parking, enter through the gates and hop on the shuttle bus and head to the Rainbow Arch Entrance!

You’ll find the children’s playground and a carousel waiting for your arrival.
Answer’s Center
Before entering the main exhibit, the Answer’s Center, located to the left of the arch entrance, has a gift shop, bathrooms, and a smoking area. You will also find guest services where you can rent ECVs and strollers.
After walking through the archway, the entrance to the Ark will be on the right side. Take some time to stroll through the bird exhibit as you make your way down to the Ark.

The park is wheelchair accessible and stroller-friendly!
You may choose to bring your own or rent one from their inventory upon arrival.

Dining
There are multiple dining options spread across the park, so you don’t need to walk too far to get a snack if you’re hungry. Located behind The Ark is Emzara’s Buffet, where you can sit down in a climate-controlled area for a nice break and a good lunch.

Inside The Ark
- Deck 1: ‘Animal storage’ and ancient supplies
- Deck 2: Workshop/blacksmith displays and the “Fairy-Tale Ark”
- Deck 3: Living quarters, “Doors of the Bible,” rainbow covenant, and world flood legends
There are plenty of staff to guide you and assist with any questions on each floor. The design of the building makes it easily accessible as it guides you through each area without a bunch of back and forth.
Each floor is equipped with elevator access.
You will also find various shops on each level that will offer cold drinks, snacks and even some souvenirs. In addition to the shops, bathrooms are also available on each floor along with plenty of benches if you need to stop and take a break.






Where To Stay
The Ark Encounter is conveniently located about an hour between Cincinnati, OH, and Lexington, KY, in a small town called Williamstown. While this small town doesn’t have much to offer, there are a few hotels and dining options nearby.
